In this three-week journey, three Thursdays, June 4-18, 2026 you’ll learn how your energy works, why it gets affected, and how to bring it back into balance in practical, grounded ways. Each week begins with an Aura photo session and scan—so you can actually see your patterns and shifts in real time. This is a first-of-its-kind class: you’re not just learning about your energy—you’re witnessing it and working with it as you go.

This isn’t about fixing yourself (or anyone else). It’s about seeing yourself clearly and learning how to work with what’s already there. This is not a belief system. It’s not about faith. This is about awareness—of your energy, your patterns, and what you’re consciously choosing (and unconsciously working against).

We begin with your initial Aura + Biofeedback Reading—your energetic blueprint in real time. You’ll see what’s showing up right now: mental state, grounding, receiving energy, outward energy, and core personality traits.

Together, we explore the shift from being an Energetic Sponge—absorbing the noise and heaviness around you—to becoming a Radiant Reflection of your own true frequency. You’ll start to understand the subtle energy patterns of your Interself: what you take in, what you send out, and how those patterns shape everyday experience.

By the end of Week 1, you’ll define what you’re ready to release and what you’re ready to reflect. You’ll also learn QMMP (Quiet Mindful Meditative Prayer)—a simple, grounded tool many people already do naturally, now brought into awareness so you can use it intentionally to come back to center.

Week 2: Mindfulness — Understanding Your Energy in Motion

Focus: Understand where your energy goes, why it gets stuck, and how to shift it.

We start with your second Aura + Biofeedback scan, so you can see (and celebrate) what’s already beginning to shift. This is where awareness turns into real understanding.

We go deeper into the eight energy centers of the body—how they function, how they interact, and how they influence your thoughts, emotions, and overall state of being. You’ll begin to recognize where your energy gets pulled down, where it becomes heavy or stuck, and how to consciously shift it.

We also focus on the Pink Thymus / Upper Heart area—a powerful center connected to peace, love, clarity, and emotional balance. This is where your energy begins to move out of reaction and into a steady, aligned state (what I refer to as living above the line). In the world of color frequency, magenta and pinks are emotional stabilizers.

By the end of Week 2, you’re no longer just sensing your energy—you’re learning how to work with it, harness it, and maintain it.

Focus: Stop absorbing the world. Start reflecting your own beautiful light frequency.

By now, you’ve seen your energy, begun to understand how it moves, and learned how to work with it. Restoring, re-energizing, re-balancing your Interself. In Week 3, we bring it all into alignment—so it becomes something you can actually live with and use.

We begin with your final Aura + Biofeedback scan, giving you clear visual evidence of your three-week journey and the shifts that have taken place. This is where the Law of Attraction moves beyond an idea—and becomes something you can see, feel, understand, and repeat.

We’ll explore Protection Through Connection—how to stay steady, build a Teflon coating and stay aligned without absorbing everything around you. You’ll learn how to hold your space not by blocking the world out, or building walls, but by staying grounded and connected to your own energy.

This is where awareness becomes something you can trust—and apply in your everyday life because it’s all you, and only you. That is the balance you seek!

I’ve spent over 45 years working with people—primarily behind the chair as a hairdresser, and for several decades traveling to teach and educate hairdressers as well. I’ve had generations of people in my chair, which gave me a unique view into how perspectives, patterns, and ways of thinking evolve across different stages of life. Sitting with people day in and day out, you begin to notice patterns—how they think, how they feel, how they carry stress, and how they respond to life.

Long before I ever had the technology to see energy, I was already reading it—through conversation, body language, tone, and the subtle shifts people didn’t even realize they were showing. I used to joke that I was always on the same wavelength as the person sitting in my chair—and it turns out, I actually was. I was tuning into their energy in a way I didn’t yet have language for.

I’ve spent decades seeing and understanding what often goes unseen, and sharing that with the people I work with—so they can recognize their own light. I wasn’t just making you look pretty on the outside… I was always pointing out the beautiful you inside.

Today, I would call myself an Energy Alignment Practitioner. Over the past several years, that awareness has deepened through my work with aura and chakra energy using biofeedback technology—allowing me to help you actually see what I’ve spent decades sensing and understanding.

Outside of the zoom being online, how different is the experience between In-Person and Zoom?

In-person attendees (limited to 8) experience the specific energy of The Sanctuary and receive a live Aura + Biofeedback reading each week.

Zoom attendees (limited to 20) join the live class and receive the full teaching portion in real time, but do not participate in the in-person energy scans. The Zoom will be monitored by a Sanctuary admin, and any questions that arise will be acknowledged and answered—if not during the class, then during the Q&A at the end.

What if I have to miss a Saturday?

No worries! All sessions are recorded. All registered participants will receive the video recordings to re-watch at any time.

Do I need any prior experience with this kind of work?

Not at all. This class is designed to be simple, grounded, and easy to understand—whether this is completely new to you or something you’ve already been exploring.

Is this based on belief or spirituality?

No. This work is based on awareness. You’ll be learning how your energy works, seeing it in real time, and understanding how to work with it—no belief required.

What exactly is an Aura + Biofeedback scan?

You’ll place your hand on a sensor that reads your biofeedback and translates it into a visual image of your energy.
It shows how your energy is flowing in real time, including your mental state, grounding, emotional flow, and overall balance.

Will I really see changes in my energy over the 3 weeks?

Yes. That’s the purpose of the weekly scans—to give you visual evidence of what’s shifting as your awareness grows and you begin working with your energy differently.

What is QMMP?

QMMP stands for Quiet Mindful Meditative Prayer.
It’s a simple, grounded practice you’ll be taught in Week 1—something many people already do naturally, but will now learn how to use intentionally.

What will I leave with after the 3 weeks?

A clear understanding of how your energy works, a simple daily practice, and the ability to recognize and shift your own patterns—so you can stay steady, clear, and in control.

Can I book a personal session instead of taking the class?

Yes. Personal sessions are available if you prefer a one-on-one experience.
The class, however, gives you a structured way to learn, apply, and see your progress over time.
